Cosmetics in 2004, Joseph Shamah and Scott Vincent Borba realized that one way to succeed in the highly competitive cosmetics industry is to start offering high-performance beauty products at unbelievably affordable prices. And their plan worked. Six years later elf Cosmetics is one of the fastest growing beauty companies worldwide. They carry over 300 beauty products, price tags for most of which are at $1.00, $3.00 and $5.00.
