Cirque du Soleil [also on Twitter] puts together some of the most amazing performances in the world. They travel worldwide, and have a wide variety of shows. So, when one is planning to treat him/herself to a Cirque du Soleil performance, the question of what show’s the best inevitably comes up.

Having faced the question in the past, we’ve decided to put together a ranking of our own. The below-ranked performances were arranged in the order of popularity (judging by audience reviews on Yelp and TicketMaster), and include both resident (or showing only at particular locations) and touring performances:
